Job Description

  • Preparing and delivering public messages across a range of information platforms, including social media, public relations and marketing campaigns.
  • Managing media and stakeholder issues in the event of a crisis.
  • Prepare the organization's staff to respond to media enquiries and manage social media.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with the media, influencers and customers.
  • Holding press conferences and helping to persuade journalists and influencers to write articles and share messages about their organization and its products and services.
  • Listening to the criticisms and concerns of customers and stakeholders and finding ways to address them effectively.
  • Escalating complex issues, complaints and concerns to the relevant departments within the organization.
  • Analyzing the public opinion about NWC and suggesting tactics to address key concerns
  • Liase with the strategy department to track NWC progress and define key milestones to be addressed on the media
