Job Description

A Reputable Company located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking to recruit an Office Manager.

Main Duties:

  • Manage the Vice Chairman’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring supplies, facilities, and resources are efficiently maintained.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Vice Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Vice Chairman.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external events as required.
  • Prepare and manage periodic reports, including performance updates, operational summaries, and executive briefings, as directed by the Vice Chairman.
  • Arrange and oversee all aspects related to the Vice Chairman’s professional responsibilities, including coordinating cross-functional tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining efficient workflows.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
