Job Description

New opportunity as Office Manager has become available with this luxury hospitality & retail company based in Jeddah.


We are looking for an Office Manager to organize & coordinate administration duties & office procedures. Your role is to create & maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication & safety.


Duties will include scheduling meetings & appointments, office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors & providing general administrative support to employees.


Requirements:


  • Currently based in Jeddah/ or KSA
  • Previous experience as Office Manager, Office Administrator or Front Office Manager in a luxury environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
