Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining smooth office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing office supplies, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Handle basic data entry and manage office correspondence (emails…).
  • Perform general clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
