Job Description
· Control and record staff and visitors entering the office.
· Undertake twice daily temperature checks as per MOH.
· Tracks and orders office supplies. Records monthly printing volumes.
· Ensures that office maintenance and regular cleaning is carried out.
· Responsible for the digital archiving of office records
· Organizes Expat flights, ground transportation and accommodations if needed.
· Have intermediate to advanced levels of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Provides IT systems and support. Organizes on-line meetings for meeting rooms.
- Takes meeting notes as requested.
- Creates Power Point Presentations and Excel spreadsheets as required.
- Completes other responsibilities as assigned.
