Job Description
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in office administration or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to work.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as needed.
