Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Define and manage the roadmap, architecture, and vision of software products.
  • Lead teams in developing and managing products from ideation to deployment.
  • Develop projects from scratch using Odoo based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, and execute projects.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Canva, and Figma for project tracking, communication, and design.
  • Manage and ensure successful product launches, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Build teams and manage stakeholder communication, along with risk and change management.
  • Analyze user feedback and oversee product performance to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Conduct market research, define product strategies, and manage budgets and estimate project timelines.


Skills

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, Figma, Canva, and SDLC tools.
  • Proven ability to manage new product development projects using Odoo.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in team management and stakeholder communication.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead remote teams.
  • Capacity to creatively solve problems and provide innovative solutions.
  • High level of flexibility and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on new projects.
