Redesigned interiors bring authentic Saudi heritage and craftsmanship to life, while our distinguished team provides a bespoke experience through thoughtful, personalized service and hospitality.The Role of the Chef De Cuisine: The chef de cuisine oversees all activities related to the kitchen, which usually includes creating menus, managing kitchen staff, ordering and purchasing stock and equipment, plating design, enforcing nutrition, safety, and sanitation, and ensuring the quality of the meals that are served in the restaurant.As a chef de cuisine you will have a line-up/pre-shift meetings with front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) to prepare for the service and answer questions about the menu. In some food operations, the executive chef may assist in designing the menu, dining room and kitchen.You will also work with food purveyors, catering directors, equipment vendors, financial consultants, the media, sanitation inspectors and dietitians.Your role as the Senior Executive Chef encompasses leading and managing a team of …… while prioritizing Kitchen Department operations.Knowledge and Skills: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required. Two to three years in manager position. A working knowledge of division operations. Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
