Non-Executive Board Director

JOH Partners is currently working on an exciting Non-Executive Board Director role for a leading Catering Services Provider in Saudi Arabia (4 or 5 board meetings a year, of which 2 or 3 will be in person). This individual will bring extensive experience in large-scale catering operations and other outsourced services such as facilities maintenance, cleaning, and laundry. Key responsibilities include:

Providing strategic guidance and oversight Developing strategies within a large-scale environment Enhancing operational efficiency Advising on potential M&A opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a background in both multinational and local (Middle Eastern) private or family-owned groups, strong communication skills, and prior Board Member experience without conflicts of interest. This is a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a growing company in the Gulf region.
