NOC Team Leader



Job Description



Lead the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, ensuring effective monitoring and management of network performance. Oversee the resolution of network incidents and manage escalations as needed. Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with agreed performance metrics. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of network issues and incidents. Implement and maintain best practices for network monitoring and incident management.

Personal Skills



Leadership skills to effectively manage the NOC team. Strong communication skills for coordinating across departments and with team members. Problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve network incidents. Decision-making abilities to handle critical situations under pressure.

Technical Skills



• Proficiency with NOC tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios.
• Expertise in network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of SLA management and ensuring network performance targets are met.
• Experience in incident management and the ITIL process.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow for tracking incidents and issues.
