NOC Engineer
Job Description
Monitor network and system performance to ensure optimal operation. Respond promptly to alerts and notifications from monitoring systems. Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions. Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues and improve processes. Assist in the configuration and management of basic firewall settings. Participate in incident management and ticketing processes.

Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively. Excellent troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues quickly. Technical Skills
• Proficiency in NOC tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and SolarWinds.

• Understanding of network protocols to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Basic knowledge of firewall configurations.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow.
