Job Description

 

  • Monitor network and system performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Respond promptly to alerts and notifications from monitoring systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues and improve processes.
  • Assist in the configuration and management of basic firewall settings.
  • Participate in incident management and ticketing processes.
