<span 72="">Overview of the role:
<span 72="">To support the Network Development team & the operational teams to achieve operational success in all Al Futtaim facilities in KSA (Owned & Sub Dealers).
<span 72="">What you will do:
- Ensure adherence to BYD’s CI standards, brand positioning, and dealership facility requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and site inspections to assess location conditions and compliance.
- Track and coordinate facility maintenance schedules, ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
- Assist in new showroom and service facility project executions from start to completion.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to implement required modifications or upgrades.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of all BYD dealership and service locations.
- Prepare and present reports on audit findings, compliance gaps, and improvement plans.
- Support the implementation of location-specific CI upgrades and refurbishment projects.
- Follow up on brand execution, ensuring dealerships maintain a premium experience.
- Serve as a bridge between Dealer Network Development, Operations, and Marketing to align branding, facilities, and operational readiness.
- CI & Brand Standards Compliance: Ensure BYD Corporate Identity (CI) and brand guidelines are upheld across all locations.
- Project Management Support: Assist in new site developments, facility audits, and showroom service center upgrades.
- Maintenance & Upkeep: Oversee the sustained quality and operational readiness of all BYD locations.
- Audit & Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections, track compliance, and report deviations with action plans.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work with construction teams, facilities management, and dealership staff to ensure smooth execution

- 1-3 years in network development, project coordination, or dealership infrastructure management.
- Experience in facility management, construction, or automotive showroom operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.

- <span 72="">Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- <span 72="">1-3 years of experience in network development, project coordination, or dealership infrastructure management
- <span 72="">Experience in facility management, construction, or automotive showroom operations
- <span 72="">Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- <span 72="">Attention to details
- <span 72="">Strong organizational skills to track and coordinate facility maintenance schedules and manage various audits and reporting.
- <span 72="">Strong communicational skills.
