Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Implement and manage network security measures to protect sensitive data.
  • Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with NOC teams to design and deploy network solutions that meet business needs.
  • Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on network-related issues.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
  • Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans for network systems.
  • Analyze network traffic and usage patterns to optimize performance.
  • Participate in network design and architecture discussions to align with business goals.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in network or related field.
  • Meet the requirements of Tamheer Program.
  • Good English Language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
