Description


Oversee logistics operations across multiple warehouses in Riyadh and Jeddah, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and implement a national strategy for warehousing and distribution, with plans for expansion to additional locations.Manage a fleet of 98 vehicles to optimize transportation and delivery processes.Lead and mentor a team of 37 professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.




Profile


7-10 years of experience in logistics and operations, ideally within the fruit and vegetable distribution sector.Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop diverse teams.Exhibits a solution-oriented mindset, leveraging critical thinking and data-driven decision-making to overcome challenges.Possesses a strong track record of developing and executing successful logistics strategies and processes.Is proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
