We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager based in Jeddah to oversee warehousing, import/export, and distribution operations, with a focus on building infrastructure to support rapid growth. The role involves managing a small team, implementing SOPs, and handling bulk shipments, packaging, and raw materials, while adapting to a fast-growing environment.

Description


Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics functions, including warehousing, import/export, and distribution operations.Lead and mentor a small team (currently 2 direct reports, with plans for expansion) to drive performance and ensure operational efficiency.Build and implement infrastructure to support business growth, including creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and finance processes.Manage bulk shipments, packaging, and raw materials, ensuring seamless coordination across logistics functions.Ensure effective collaboration with internal teams and external logistics partners to maintain a smooth supply chain.Adapt to a fast-growing environment and drive continuous improvements in logistics operations.




Profile


8+ years of logistics experience in import/export, warehousing, and distribution.Proven ability to manage both in-house and 3PL logistics services.Experience in building and scaling logistics operations in fast-growing environments.Strong track record of creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to drive operational improvements.Effective team leader with experience mentoring and managing direct reports.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
