About the job Nail Educator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1- Product Knowledge:


  • Visit clients in coordination with Sales Representative to understand the clients needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic training on our products to customers and industry professionals.
  • Trains customers on Brand's value proposition, including services and retail and ensures in-salon execution
  • Ensure full product knowledge (theory & practical) has been given as per the brand protocol and understood by the students.
  • Ensure preparations are set at the required time: Education material to be prepared in a timely manner and provided for
  • students during all trainings. Materials such as Presentations, workbooks and products for the relevant training.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

2- Customer Engagement:


  • In salon or academy training, demos and market visits
  • Assist customers with product selection, addressing their inquiries and providing recommendations based on their needs of their
  • establishment
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive and professional image of the brand.
  • Schedule or reschedule appointments with clients for follow-up trainings and meetings, manage your calendar and align with
  • the Sales Representative
  • Plan and lead training sessions in salons based on the monthly Education Strategy
  • Monitor customer feedback to measure customer satisfaction with the company's products.

3- Collaboration with other departments:


  • Boosting sales through education
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product expertise
  • Identify and address customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to sales growth.
  • Plan and assist with the sales, marketing and professional/senior educators for the open day including salon preparation, client
  • consultation and treatments, as per the event description.
  • 4- Branding and Merchandising:
  • Monitor and advise the proper shelf planogram
  • Communicate with Marketing team the opportunities of in-salon branding
