Job Description

Job Purpose:


Guides the project team and stakeholders for a smooth transition to the new system and ensures that projects meet their objectives. Leads Change Management and Training to ensure the implementation is a success.


Key Accountabilities:



Create training and change management strategies to support the adoption of changes required by the project
Design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications and training related to the project.
Identify key stakeholders and conduct change impact analyses and change readiness,
Develop and execute communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes.
Monitor user satisfaction levels, identify key problems and initiate corrective action to fix those problems
Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate.
Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
Work with change ambasdoors and executive leadership to drive changes across there department
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.
Work closely with different departments to ensure training programs align with project goals and key user and end user development needs.
Monitoring the performance of implementation partner with regards to change management activities.


Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management or any equivalent qualification Minimum Experience:
• 10 Years with at least 3 project experience


Ma’aden High-Performance Competencies:
• Experience in managing change in large scale, strategic and complex projects
• Experience in Change management tools like Stakeholder analysis, Change Impact Analysis, Change Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan.

• Experience in Project Management
• Engage with different levels of leadership & facilitating senior leadership level workshops, interviews and meetings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
