Responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the hospital environment.

Description
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads, clinicians, and administrative staff, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules, including Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Patient Management, to align with hospital workflows and best practices.Customization and Development: Customize and develop extensions, plugins, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics ERP to address unique hospital requirements, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems and applications.Data Management and Reporting: Design and implement data models, data migration strategies, and reporting solutions within Microsoft Dynamics ERP, enabling accurate and timely reporting on hospital operations, finances, and patient outcomes.Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans and perform rigorous testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar ERP platforms.Strong technical skills in configuration, customization, and development using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
