Job Description
Provide L1 service desk services through phone and email for the clients users.
Monitor the client IT infrastructure and services and take response action for the alerts based on the standard operating procedures.
Join major incident management calls and provide necessary support from service desk perspective.
Create operational reports and share it with stakeholders.
Participate in continual improvement activities.
