Mobility Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mobility Manager with a strong background in managing projects within the mobility domain, specifically in air and land transportation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of transportation programs and projects. This includes coordinating multi-modal mobility solutions, optimizing operations, and ensuring the integration of innovative technologies to improve transportation efficiency, sustainability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage mobility projects across air and land transport sectors from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, transport operators, and technology providers, to implement mobility solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations related to air and land transport operations.
• Mobility Planning & Strategy:
• Develop and implement strategic mobility plans to improve air and land transport systems.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies within the mobility domain (e.g., electric vehicles, autonomous transportation, urban air mobility) and assess their feasibility for implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for mobility initiatives.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of transportation services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Implement data-driven solutions to monitor and improve the performance of air and land transport systems.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of mobility programs.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in the mobility sector, including transport authorities, urban planners, and private sector partners.
• Facilitate collaboration between various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of air and land mobility solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to executives, government officials, and community groups on mobility project status and outcomes.
• Sustainability & Innovation:
• Promote the adoption of environmentally sustainable transport practices, including reducing carbon emissions and encouraging the use of alternative energy sources.
• Support the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as smart traffic management systems, connected vehicles, and air mobility innovations.
• Ensure mobility projects align with long-term sustainability goals and contribute to reducing environmental impact.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in managing mobility-related projects, preferably in both air and land transport sectors.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience with transportation technologies such as intelligent transportation systems (ITS), electric vehicles (EV), and urban air mobility (UAM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Planning, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in mobility management or a related field, with significant experience in both air and land transport.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of sustainable mobility trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with public transport agencies and private mobility service providers.
• Familiarity with smart mobility solutions and urban air mobility concepts.
• Understanding of international transport regulations and standards.
