We share their goals and long-term ambitions; we’re on the same journey to create places and infrastructure which will support long term sustainable development, healthy living and vibrant communities.Please read more about NEOM here: NEOM: A new future in KSAAtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced and proactive Mobility & Logistics Manager.ResponsibilitiesOversee the Design Consultant's work on the design of mobility and logistics networks within the city.Provide technical guidance to Design Consultants through regular review meetings and formal requests for information.Serve as the single point of contact for technical issues between the Design Consultant and NEOM's wider functions, sectors, and departments.Lead design reviews of technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with THE LINE Codes, Standards, Guidelines, and Requirements.Promote consistency in design solutions across THE LINE.Identify key risks and document them in the Risk Register, initiating mitigation discussions.Escalate high-risk design issues to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME).Foster innovation and best practices in the design delivery of appointed consultants.Integrate considerations for innovation, sustainability, and operations and maintenance into the design process.Core RequirementsDegree and/or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field of study, or equivalent.Chartered Membership of a recognized professional institution/organization or Professional Engineer status is preferred.Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in mobility and logistics networks design.Exposure to the Middle East is advantageous.Strong international presence in the mobility and logistics networks discipline.Comprehensive knowledge of Codes, Standards, and Guidelines related to mobility and logistics networks in urban environments.Deep understanding of sustainability principles and their application to design.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate clear technical directions.Strong social, networking, and presentation skills are essential.Rewards and BenefitsWe offer an excellent package which includesA competitive salaryAccommodation allowanceTransportation allowance22 calendar days annual leaveMedical and life insurance coverCompany gratuity schemeDiscretionary bonus schemeAnnual flight allowance to point of origin.Equal Opportunities StatementAtkinsRéalis is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst our workforces.
