Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Miller Technician with expertise in the corn and wheat milling industry to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in milling processes, maintenance, and optimization of milling equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor milling machinery for the processing of corn and wheat, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of milling equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Adjust milling parameters to achieve desired product specifications and enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and production output.
- Implement and adhere to health and safety protocols within the milling facility.
- Work closely with the production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment upgrades.
- Stay updated with advancements in milling technology and recommend implementation where beneficial.
