Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Configure and integrate Business Central with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow and process efficiency.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather system requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language, extensions, and relevant tools.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Stay updated with new features in Dynamics 365 Business Central and recommend system improvements.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution designs for enhanced system architecture.
Create and maintain technical documentation for system customizations and integrations.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for integrated solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development and customization.
Proficient in AL programming language, C/AL, and extensions.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
Experience implementing and maintaining custom solutions, workflows, and reports within Business Central.
Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 Business Central with other Microsoft products like Power BI, Azure, and Office 365.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly in Business Central, are a plus.
