About the job Merchandising
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement and stock levels.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan promotional displays and events.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Train and support retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising within the confectionery and chocolate sector.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
