Job Description

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best possible deals and ensure timely and efficient product procurement.
  • Track inventory levels and product performance, employing data-driven insights to maintain ideal stock quantities and prevent inventory surplus and shortages.
  • Execute periodic store surveys and market investigations to assess product positioning, analyze competitor initiatives, and gather valuable insights for enhancing the merchandise strategy.
  • Nurture effective alliances with sales and marketing counterparts, conducting extensive market trend studies to ensure competitive product assortments that cater to evolving consumer preferences.
  • Undertake regular store assessments and market appraisals to gauge product presentations, examine competitor maneuvers, and gather vital input for refining the merchandise plan.
