To manage the back office Operation (Technical and Cost Estimation).
Responsible to generate/check and approve the production of all technical documents required for MEP Projects ( Shop Drawings/As Built Drawings, Material Submittals, Calculation, etc) for awarded Projects.
To liaise with the Clients, Consultants, PMC. and other similar entities.
Study RFQ's, check corresponding Specs, BOQ's and other related parts to generate the proper Cost Estimations.
Involved in the Procurement Process.
Help set the appropriate procedures, policies, and plans for the Department.
Actively Involved in the Recruitment of Technical Staff.
Mechanical or Electrical Engineer Graduate.
At least12 years of experience in the MEP Construction field with a minimum of 5 years in similar role.
Organized, result oriented, and familiar with the usage of required Software and Technologies.
Capable of building and managing a team of skilled technical MEP Engineers.
Knowledgeable of the applicable Local codes and standards.
Experience/exposure to Aramco/Sabic projects will be a definite plus
