Job SummaryThe MPE Supervisor will oversee and manage the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical (MPE) systems within the facility to ensure seamless operations, safety, and compliance. The role involves supervising a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to optimize system efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:Supervise daily operations of MPE systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire safety equipment.Monitor and ensure optimal functioning of all MPE-related infrastructure and resolve any technical issues promptly.Team Leadership:Manage and lead a team of MPE technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance.Provide training and guidance to technicians to enhance their skills and maintain high service standards.Maintenance & Repairs:Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MPE systems.Oversee repairs and replacement of defective components, ensuring minimal downtime.Safety & Compliance:Ensure all systems meet safety standards and comply with local regulations and codes.Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.Vendor Coordination:Liaise with vendors and contractors for equipment servicing, procurement, and project execution.Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.Generate and present reports on MPE system performance and improvements to the Facility Manager.Cost Management:Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs without compromising service quality.Identify and implement energy-efficient solutions for MPE systems.
