Job Description
The MEP Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects within the construction sector. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership qualities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The MEP Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to facilitate smooth project execution with a minimum of seven years of experience in the industry and innovative technology such as Industrial IOT and AI integration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and reports.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends in AI Systems and Industrial IOT and advancements in MEP technologies.
