MEP Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and proactive MEP Manager to lead our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. In this essential role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and execution of MEP systems across various construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

The MEP Manager will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all MEP systems are designed and executed in alignment with project specifications and industry best practices. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and review design documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Manage the performance of MEP subcontractors, ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.
• Evaluate project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact the timeline or budget.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to identify and mitigate conflicts during the design and construction phases.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP systems are installed according to design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project performance and progress to upper management.
