Job Description

Meeting regularly with clients to discuss project progress and issues that may arise during the course of the projectManaging and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, procurement management, etc.Overseeing the project team’s work to ensure that they meet deadlines and milestonesReviewing project deliverables to ensure that they meet requirements and specificationsMonitoring changes in legislation and industry trends to ensure that projects are up to date with best practicesProviding technical expertise and experience where needed to solve complex problemsManaging subcontractors or vendors to ensure that they meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products or services according to specifications·       Communicating with stakeholders about project status, risks, and challengesManaging conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are on the same pageEstimate and scope MEP trades during pre-constructionReview Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades

communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members and suppliersKnowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the plumbing trade, skills in the installation, repair & maintenance of all types of plumbing workKnowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the plumbing trade, skills in the installation, repair & maintenance of all types of plumbing workExceptional time management skillsPerforms skilled A/C controls maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of controls for refrigeration, air conditioningExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEspecially must have knowledge of troubleshooting of sliding door, gate barriers MV panel, SMB & DP panelsFluency in English and Arabic is required
