Job Description

  • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss project progress and issues that may arise during the course of the project
  • Managing and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, procurement management, etc.
  • Overseeing the project team’s work to ensure that they meet deadlines and milestones
  • Reviewing project deliverables to ensure that they meet requirements and specifications
  • Monitoring changes in legislation and industry trends to ensure that projects are up to date with best practices
  • Providing technical expertise and experience where needed to solve complex problems
  • Managing subcontractors or vendors to ensure that they meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products or services according to specifications

·       Communicating with stakeholders about project status, risks, and challenges

  • Managing conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are on the same page
  • Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction
  • Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades


Skills

  • communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members and suppliers
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the plumbing trade, skills in the installation, repair & maintenance of all types of plumbing work

  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Performs skilled A/C controls maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of controls for refrigeration, air conditioning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Especially must have knowledge of troubleshooting of sliding door, gate barriers MV panel, SMB & DP panels
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
