Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the MEP team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and approve MEP design drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate MEP activities with other disciplines, including architecture and structural engineering.
  • Develop project schedules and resource plans for MEP works.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Identify potential issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks associated with MEP systems.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems


(job will be between projects in Riyadh and Dammam)


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an MEP Manager or in a similar role, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., commercial, residential, or industrial].
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design standards, and relevant codes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP design tools).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
