As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for the Implementation of GSK values through effective interaction with HCPs in a defined territory helping their patients to do more, feel better and live longer.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:Core Responsibilities:Deliver GSK strategies in a defined territory and offer the appropriate solution being a Trusted Advisor to HCPs.Skillful implementation of patient focused and GSO detailing through excellence in product and disease knowledge and the use of the approved promotional materials.Accountability:Achieve GSK standards in disease and product knowledgeAnnual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs, policies and local regulations.ActivitiesMeet GSK standards of efficiency and effectiveness KPIs.Drive scientific discussion through conducting group doctor meetings.Market intelligence and timely feedbackCare about GSK assets and optimize the company resources.Application of KnowledgeTimely completion of territory and call planning, as well as tracking the implementation.Meet the defined skills standards measured by GSO achievement.Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies and local regulationsEnsure Customer Satisfaction in the defined territory.Use awareness of the internal & external environment to identify business/commercial development or other opportunities to drive improved patient access to product portfolio.Monitor performance based on Lead KPI’s.Why you?Qualifications/Experience: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Pharmacy GraduateSaudi NationalCandidate Must be located in RiyadhPreferable prior experience in pharmaceutical industryA valid driver’s license is preferred.
