Job Description
Medical Representative is responsible for meeting HCPs to disseminate scientific and technical information in relation to Galderma products to support HCP in meeting patient needs.
Job Responsibilities
Provide scientific information on Galderma products and conduct science-based product messages where the product could support HCP in meeting patient needs.
Provide a broader range of content on the therapeutic area to health care providers
Support health care providers onboarding into Galderma's online scientific platforms (e.g., GAIN Connect).
Conduct market research on the therapeutic area across health care providers
Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Acts as key POC for seamless (compliant) reactive-only connection to Galderma SMEs and resources.
Orchestrate ideal patient experience through relevant content selection based on knowledge of customer preferences.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned territory.
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Ensures excellent medical knowledge related to his/her disease area and product.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (science/ pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification
Licensed pharmacist- eligible to practice in KSA
Saudi National is mandatory
English fluency and Arabic speaking is mandatory
