ROLE SUMMARY



The successful applicant will be part of a new, exciting, and growing team.
You will positively influence customers’ prescribing behaviour to achieve sales targets. Develop territory and build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products on a given territory.

What you’ll do



Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations. Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory. Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc. Ensures excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product. He/she is primarily responsible for consulting with and providing clinical and technical information to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory and in compliance with AZ CO.

Essential for the role



Saudi National. Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science. Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical company. Multinational Experience is preferred. Selling Skills Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Impactful Presentation Skills Planning and organization skills Fluency in English required Microsoft Office Skills

My role right now as we build out our anifrolumab sales team is really selling AstraZeneca. We have a lot of talented people raising their hand, asking to join this sales team for good reason. We have a great product that will ultimately help patients but more than that, we have a great company and a great company culture that every candidate that I talked to when they do their research, they always come back and say, I've heard nothing but great things. As a new employee myself, I can attest to that fact, I talked to three or four people that I have a lot of respect for that are now at AstraZeneca before I joined the company. And again, heard nothing but good things and two months in, I can definitely attest that that was all factual as well.
