Job Description

  • Ensure 100% safety and occupational health of the people in the plant as well as the safety of operations, company assets, and the environment through proper planning, inspection, monitoring, follow-up and resolution of all HSE-related matters and issues.
  • Initiate practical activities and projects that would add value to the health and safety of employees.
  • On-time completion of tasks assigned by IS & HSE Manager.
  • Ensure medical equipment, medication, etc. is fully always stocked and functional.
  • Ensure all plant employees undergo routine health screening.
  • Conduct health inspections as planned to identify health hazards and concerns at the plant.
  • Identify and arrange for training as required to ensure 100% compliance with industry standards.
  • Arrange for employees to undergo certified first aid training.
  • Continuously get updates from the market regarding the latest in medical situations, precautions, and medications and report timely to the IS & HSE Manager for appropriate directions and implementation.
  • On-time and accurate response during medical emergency conditions and situations.
  • On-time preliminary investigation of injuries and accidents and accurate reporting to IS & HSE Manager.
  • On-time and accurate reporting of existing health hazards as well as potential health hazards to line supervisors and managers concerned
  • 100% compliance with PPE.
  • Monitoring and maintaining first aid boxes contents and report any misuse.
  • Perform any related task assigned by the medical doctor and IS & HSE Manager.
