The Medical Insurance Manager plays a pivotal role within our healthcare complex and is responsible for the insurance department's development, performance, governance, and administration. Responsibilities:
- Verify patient eligibility and coverage before services.
- Sending Patients approvals for services and medications
- Submit claims timely with complete documentation.
- Collections
- Reconciliations
- Resolve insurance-related issues and patient inquiries.
- Respond to claims rejections and resubmit as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and perform account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with providers and billing departments for efficiency.
