As the Medical Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Kilow’s medical and strategic direction, ensuring clinical efficacy, and acting as the face of Kilow’s medical authority in both internal and external communications. • Strategic Medical Leadership: Define and oversee the medical strategy of Kilow, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, evidence-based practices, and the company's mission.
• Product Development: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop and enhance features that support patient care, such as health tracking, personalized recommendations, and clinical integration.
• Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical expertise and guidance on GLP-1 medications, lifestyle modification programs, and holistic weight management.
• Content Leadership: Serve as Kilow's medical spokesperson in creating trustworthy, informative content that reflects Kilow’s values and mission. Be the “voice of reason,” guiding patients with compassionate, realistic insights about weight loss and health.
• Patient Safety & Compliance: Ensure that Kilow’s offerings meet the highest standards of patient safety and compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
• Partnership Development: Lead efforts in building partnerships with healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders within the Saudi healthcare ecosystem.
• Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research in weight loss, GLP-1, and digital health, integrating cutting-edge findings into Kilow’s services to offer users a comprehensive, science-backed approach.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Contribute to creating a user experience that is supportive, empathetic, and aligned with Kilow's brand as a companion in sustainable weight loss.

• Medical Degree: MD or equivalent, with a specialization in Endocrinology, Bariatrics, or related fields.
• Experience in Digital Health: Demonstrated experience working in or with digital health platforms or startups.
• Deep Understanding of Obesity Management: Knowledgeable about obesity, weight management, GLP-1 medications, and lifestyle interventions.
• Content Development Skills: Strong ability to convey medical insights in a clear, relatable, and engaging manner, both in written and spoken formats.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to think innovatively, operate in ambiguity, and drive solutions with limited resources.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, particularly within Saudi Arabia or the MENA region.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex medical concepts to non-medical team members, partners, and users.

• Leadership Experience: Background in a leadership role within a medical or digital health setting.
• Research Background: Experience in clinical research related to weight management or related fields.
• Collaborative Nature: Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams.
