Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical QC Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility of the Mechanical QC Engineer will be to ensure that all mechanical components and products meet quality standards and specifications.
Responsibilities:
. Perform quality control inspections on mechanical components and products
. Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
. Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects and implement preventive measures
. Prepare quality control reports and documentation
. Train and mentor quality control inspectors and production staff on quality standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
