Eram Talent is looking for a talented Mechanical / Operations Maintenance Engineer with a focus on residential systems to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing mechanical systems in residential properties. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems in residential buildings.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
- Coordinate and oversee the operation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with contractors and other service providers to ensure timely service and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Educate residents and staff on the proper operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
