Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineering Technician, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and testing of mechanical systems and components. This includes participating in the design and prototyping of new products, as well as modifying existing systems for improved performance.
Moreover, you'll support the documentation and reporting of project progress, meticulously maintaining records and upholding established engineering standards and procedures to guarantee the successful execution of mechanical engineering projects.
Your core responsibility as a Mechanical Engineering Technician will be to assist engineers in the design and enhancement of mechanical systems and products. This includes conducting feasibility studies, analyzing design specifications, and offering valuable insights into material choices.
Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering teams, helping to produce detailed technical drawings and schematics using CAD software to transform conceptual designs into practical, manufacturable products.
In your role, you'll be hands-on, responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining mechanical prototypes and equipment, ensuring they conform to quality standards and performance criteria.

Proficient in utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed mechanical drawings and schematics, facilitating the design and modification of mechanical systems and components.
Proficient in hands-on tasks, including assembly, testing, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, guaranteeing functionality and dependability across diverse industrial environments.
