Job Description



Engineering Coordination:



+ Oversee and coordinate all engineering aspects, including Electrical & Instrumentation Control (E&IC) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD).

Technical Documentation Review:



+ Review all mechanical datasheets, lists, and calculations.
+ Review and validate all CAD drawings, vendor drawings, and associated calculations.

Document Management:



+ Keep track of E&IC document submissions.
+ Review and manage the list of documents and their respective submission dates.

Quality Assurance:



+ Ensure all equipment, piping, and valves meet specified standards and requirements.
+ Assist Project Execution and Procurement departments in technical correspondence with vendors.

Interdisciplinary Coordination:



+ Ensure proper execution of interfaces with other engineering disciplines and departments.

Vendor Liaison:



+ Liaise with vendors to evaluate technical aspects of quotes and provide recommendations.
+ Supervise outsourced design activities to ensure designs by contractors are of high quality and meet requirements.

Engineering Change Management:



+ Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).

Client Interaction:



+ Attend client meetings together with the project manager to discuss project progress and technical details.

Edition Control:



+ Collaborate with the E&IC engineer to manage edition control narratives from the control philosophy.

Technical Analysis and Compliance:



+ Conduct analysis to ensure the integrity and performance of mechanical designs, particularly for water treatment applications.
+ Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for the manufacturing, assembly, and installation of mechanical components and equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations in all mechanical designs.

Qualifications



Master 1 or 2 in Engineering 10 year(s) of experience in engineering 10 year(s) of experience in water treatment P&ID Knowledge (Level ) 4 Mechanical design calculation (Level ) 4 I&EC knowledge (Level ) 3 Water treatment knowledge (Level ) 2
