Responsibilities
Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability
Developing project specifications and objectives, and ensuring that these are met
Conducting research to inform the design and engineering processes
Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
Evaluating mechanical systems and products by conducting research programs and applying principles of mechanics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
Strong knowledge of mechanical design, thermodynamics, and materials science
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
