Job Title: Measurement and Evaluation section manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze the results of semester and final course exams and provide statistical indicators on the quality of the tests, which can guide the evaluation of the appropriateness of the questions used to measure students’ academic performance.
• Build and develop measurement and evaluation methods for academic programs.
• Prepare and develop action plans to implement measurement and evaluation systems and strategies.
• Research international standardized tests and incorporate them into the company’s standardized assessments.
•Diagnose the educational process and identify current problems as well as potential future obstacles.
• Prepare a measurement plan for student skills and competencies across all grades and educational stages.
• Define the skills and competencies for scientific subjects at all educational stages and supervise the design of standardized tests.
• Supervise the administration of standardized tests and address any issues that arise during their implementation.
• Supervise the analysis of standardized test results and identify the skills and competencies that need development and improvement and propose recommendations to address these gaps.
• Present the results of standardized tests to educational complexes and collaborate with them to develop necessary remedial plans.
• Monitor updates to educational curricula for all grades and define standardized tests accordingly.
• Create committees to develop question banks for standardized tests and supervise their work.
• Supervise the analysis of student performance in the company’s schools on global standardized tests and develop remedial plans to improve their outcomes.
• Communicate with national measurement agencies to determine standardized tests based on their established targets.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
