In this role, you will be responsible for
· Define and plan data-driven key initiatives that drive results, ensuring process efficiencies and quality, and continuously evaluate the impact of initiatives that support strategic objectives and enhance overall performance.
· Implement and manage decision support systems to facilitate data-driven decision-making and ensure the integration of these systems with business unit strategies for the improvement of operational outcomes and management of Special Projects.
· Support and advance market readiness by conducting comprehensive market analysis and identifying strategic opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to support market enablement efforts and strategies based on insights from market tests.
· Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives by organising and leading efforts to embed game-changing initiatives into execution plans by demonstrating their value in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
· Approve reports and presentations related to MEA Special Projects activities and achievements for reporting and decision-making.
· Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
· Recommended not less than 6 years of experience in relevant field
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing or equivalent is preferred
