In this role, you will be responsible for
· Contribute to designing and implementing the Sector’s strategy and roadmap by providing function-specific insights and inputs to support the Sector’s overall strategic plan and KPIs.
· Establish and implement operational plans for the Insights unit, prepare and manage the annual budget, and participate in the departmental budgeting process, reporting progress and challenges accurately.
· Develop a testing framework to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of strategies in the market, assessing their impact and making necessary adjustments.
· Plan and execute insights and analytics projects to address business priorities and knowledge gaps, collaborating with planning, trade, and marketing teams to align on methodology, budget, scope, and delivery.
· Establish cross-regional work programs and projects to build insights repositories, provide operational insights, and drive game-changing, action-oriented insights that support sustainable growth and align with MEA’s strategic objectives.
· Oversee all insights research and execution, including vendor management, establishing best practices, ensuring timely deliveries, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Propose and implement improvements to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and high-quality results.
· Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
· Recommended not less than 8 years of experience in relevant field
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
