Job Description
The Marketplace Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with various departments to develop strategies that optimize performance and drive growth. Overseeing day-to-day operations for order processing. Order receiving in the marketplace platform within the cutoff time. Internal invoicing within the system and handoff the orders to Warehouse team. Follow up with warehouse order preparations. Responsible for coordinating shipping and delivery logistics, managing transportation providers, and ensuring smoothly timely delivery of orders. Return handlings on system and pass claims to the account manager. Monitoring performance metrics and track order fulfillments.
