Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.


Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, website, blogs, and social media.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions.

Manage social media accounts, including content creation and audience engagement.

Support the development of marketing budgets and monitor expenditures.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
