Job Description

Execute the digital marketing activities, tasks, initiatives or projects including (social media, website, mobile application…etc.) through the collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure the compliance with the digital marketing strategy direction and the set standards.


Accountabilities


Digital Contents:


  • Create and edit the digital related contents (social media, website, mobile application…etc.) through gathering inputs from the internal parties and the coordination with the external agencies to ensure the consistency and compliance of the digital content.
  • Lead the relationship with the external agencies in regards to the development and implementation of the e-commerce content and design to ensure the compliance with e-commerce strategy and guidelines.
  • Co-develop, Monitor and follow-up on the website and mobile application content and design changes or implementation of the necessary changes and issues through the coordination with the IT Departments or the external agencies.
  • Set and Track regularly all the digital marketing expenditures and report any variances to the manager to ensure the compliance with the set budget. 
  • Follow-up and coordinate the social media community tasks (responding on time, posting the right and approved content, monitoring social media content…etc.) through the collaboration with the external agencies.

Department Management:


  • Set the digital marketing performance and track it through the issuance of periodic reports and analysis in order to measure the digital marketing performance based on the set objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage, Contribute and support in specific initiatives and campaigns as required from the different departments to ensure the consistency of the business deliverables.

Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned


Work Environment


  • Indoors                            : 90%
  • Outdoors                         : 10% 
  • Working Days                  : 5 Working Days
  • Days off                           : 2 Days Off
  • Working Hours                : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Job Requirement


Education 


  • Diploma 

Experience


  • 2+ Years of Experience 
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Landscapes and Trends

Computer Skills


  • MS Office Suite 

Languages


  • English
  • Arabic
