Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Manage branding, PR, and corporate communications to enhance market positioning.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Develop marketing budgets, track performance, and optimize campaign ROI.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance.
- Establish partnerships with agencies, vendors, and media outlets.
- Plan and execute real estate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure marketing compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Experience in managing teams and working cross-functionally with sales.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics.
- Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred.
